The Weber Workshops Buck Teak is a naked portafilter machined from forged and polished stainless steel, designed to sit flat on the counter for a cleaner, more stable tamping workflow. Finished with a solid teak handle over a stainless core, it brings a warmer, more timeless feel to a tool built for precision and everyday use.

The Weber Workshops Buck Teak takes the naked portafilter and refines it into something more deliberate, both in function and in feel. Machined from a block of forged and polished stainless steel, it has the heft, balance and finish of a serious tool, while the flat-bottom design makes prep noticeably cleaner and more stable on the counter. No awkward overhang while tamping, just a more resolved workflow from start to shot. 

Where the Rubber version leans more technical, the Teak brings a warmer, more tactile character to the same platform. The handle is built around a solid stainless core and finished in solid teak, giving the Buck a softer visual tone without losing the strength and weight that make it feel so substantial in hand. It is a small detail, but one that shifts the whole object into something more timeless. 

Optimized for use with Weber’s Unibasket system but compatible with standard 58mm baskets too, the Buck Teak is a simple upgrade that makes daily espresso prep feel more precise, more stable and more considered. Weber currently lists the Buck as in stock in all locations and shipping immediately.

  • Fits standard 58mm portafilter groups incorporating E61 design with exposed group, including:
    La Marzocco (all except KB-90), Slayer, Synesso, Kees VanDer Westen, Decent, Flair 58, etc.
  • Victoria Arduino & La Marzocco Micra and Mini: The BUCK will lock in and seal, however it locks in significantly to the right of center potentially interfering with position of steam wand if left in group while steaming.
  • Not compatible with Breville/Sage or Gaggia Classic Pro, or similar proprietary non-E61 groups.
