This set combines a TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) water meter and a pH meter, giving you complete visibility over your water profile. Whether you’re dialing in at home or calibrating for competition, this kit ensures that your brew water performs exactly as intended.
We recommend starting with ZeroWater as your base, delivering a clean 0 ppm foundation. From there, use APAX Lab’s modular mineral kit to build ideal brewing water — typically targeting 70–120 ppm TDS and a pH between 6.5 and 7.5, depending on your coffee and brewing method.
This combination allows you to recreate consistent, balanced extractions anywhere, bringing clarity and repeatability to your brewing process.
