The Fellow Aiden is a precision automatic coffee brewer built to bring the structure of pour-over brewing into a simple, repeatable daily setup.
Instead of only pushing hot water through coffee, Aiden controls the main variables that matter in filter brewing: temperature, bloom, timing, pulse patterns and water distribution. This makes it possible to brew a single cup with the same attention as a manual pour-over, or a larger batch in the included thermal carafe with less effort and more consistency.
Aiden can be used in different ways. Guided Brew helps you choose the right starting point based on roast level and brew size, while the advanced settings let you create and save custom brew profiles. You can adjust brew temperature, coffee-to-water ratio, bloom ratio, bloom duration, bloom temperature, the number of pulses, time between pulses and pulse temperature. It gives you a lot of control, without making the machine difficult to use.
The brewer comes with separate baskets for single-serve and batch brewing, so the bed depth and extraction are better matched to the amount of coffee you want to make. It can brew directly into a mug or into the carafe, making it practical for one coffee in the morning, a full table, or an office setup.
For hot brewing, Aiden offers a temperature range from 50°C to 99°C, with precise temperature control. It also includes cold brew functionality, pre-installed brew profiles and the option to save your own recipes for coffees you brew often.
Aiden is compact on the counter, with a clean Fellow design and a practical footprint. It measures 227 × 227 × 305 mm and weighs around 4.35 kg. Maximum brew capacity is 1.5 L.
A serious automatic brewer for people who want better filter coffee, more often, with less guesswork.
