We divide our coffees into four categories: CLASSIC offers clean, balanced profiles true to origin. UNCOMMON highlights coffees with a more outspoken profile for everyday. MONO/RARE features nanolots, experimental methods and profile that are made for an experience. APEX represents our highest expression, the rarer, the better at World competition level.
