Origami Air Dripper S / M

The ORIGAMI dripper is now available in AS resin.

The shape is the same as the Origami porcelain dripper, it is light, unbreakable and easy to carry. The new AS resin model, with its iconic folded paper-like ribbing still in shape, is stronger and 50% lighter than the porcelain model. It also has a better ability to retain heat and improves the consistency of your coffee preparation. The ideal companion for everyday and outdoor drinking!

The Air M model is made of a copolymer of styrene and acrylonitrile, which is resistant to boiling water and is therefore dishwasher safe. The range comes in a variety of translucent and vibrant colors with a matte finish. These drippers are a model of the popular original Origami series, but they are made of unbreakable material. ORIGAMI drippers were designed by the founder of Trunk Coffee in collaboration with the Japanese company Origami. It features a beautiful and playful design with 20 combs that optimize preparation and brewing speed for maximum control.

WHAT IS ORIGAMI DRIPPER?
Some may have come across the term “Origami” before – ori means “folding” and g(k)ami means “paper” – which is the Japanese art of paper folding (paper cranes are probably the most famous of this kind.) This beautiful ORIGAMI dripper is inspired by in the spirit of playfully colorful, creative yet delicate craftsmanship that has been popular for centuries.

While it is visually entertaining and will definitely have fun with you, it also realizes the best drink you could ever dream of. The product design team worked with many baristas to work out the ideal bloom/drip time and the shape that makes this possible – the 20 ribs create air channels and keep the brew smooth and clog-free, giving you great control over the drip rate.
