FAST FLAT × SIBARIST

The original FAST filter paper by SIBARIST, crafted in Barcelona, Spain. Known for its ultra-fast flow rate and precision, this paper brings out bright acidity and a remarkably clean cup. Manufactured in the EU from industry-leading stock, these filters are premium by every standard.

Orea™ partnered with SIBARIST to develop a custom-fit version for the Orea O1 brewer, complete with hand-foldable creases. Use them as-is or pair with the Negotiator tool for flat-bed brews with minimal resistance. A high-performance option for those chasing clarity and speed.

OREA™ FLAT

Also known as TYPE G, this is Orea™’s original flat paper—versatile, balanced, and designed for consistent results. With a medium flow rate and dual texture (smooth side for the coffee, textured side for the brewer), it delivers clean and sweet brews with minimal prep.

These filters are designed to be used with the Negotiator tool, enabling a low-bypass environment inside the Orea™ brewers. First introduced nearly four years ago, this setup has since become a favorite among brewers seeking high clarity with low-effort paper prep.
