Shipping & Delivery

We always try to ship out our orders as fast as possible. This can be the same day, but can also take a few days, depending on stock, courier-pick-up-time/days or delays due to off-site events.

You will be informed with tracking information when your order is shipped.

Delivery times and charges will vary depending on your location.

During checkout, you can choose your preferred shipping method. Please note that we strictly adhere to our courier and service policies without exceptions.

 

 

Packages sent to pickup points or through specific locations are dispatched at your own risk. If a recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the package may be rerouted to a pickup location. Once delivered to a pickup point, the package is deemed ‘delivered’ and must be collected by the intended recipient.

 

 

Shipping to locations with limited reception availability also carries inherent risks, and we highly recommend opting for delivery to a permanent residential address rather than temporary or fleeting locations. Be mindful of local taxes on roasted coffee and import duties payable to your local customs authority. Adherence to local duty regulations and import restrictions is solely your responsibility.

Lost package?

In the event of a lost package, please refer to the courier helpdesk for help before reaching out to us.

 

Will you receive delivery updates?

Yes, after the shipping label is generated, you will receive a tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking notification within three to four business days, please inform us promptly.

Tax

Please be aware that international shipping rates only cover the cost of shipping. Duties, taxes, and any carrier brokerage fees are not included in your order total at checkout. These charges, assessed by the parcel carrier, are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies differ significantly across countries; we recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information.

Please note that when customs clearance procedures are necessary, they may lead to delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
