Weber Workshops Unibasket 16/20 gr

The Weber Workshops Unibasket is one of those upgrades that looks subtle at first, but changes the entire feel of the shot. Made from a single thick piece of stainless steel rather than the thin pressed construction of a standard basket, it is built to create a more stable puck during extraction, reducing bottom-face flex and supporting a cleaner, more even flow through the coffee bed. 

What makes the Unibasket especially interesting is how far Weber pushed the geometry. The internal walls are straight, and the laser-ablated hole pattern extends all the way toward the edges, creating a true 58.5 mm puck from top to bottom rather than the smaller effective extraction area found in most traditional baskets. The result is a basket designed around more even extraction, better clarity into what is happening underneath the puck, and a shot profile that feels more controlled and deliberate. 

Available here in both 16g and 20g sizes, the Unibasket lets you choose the format that best suits your workflow. The 16g is ideal for slightly tighter, more classic doses, while the 20g gives a bit more room for higher-dose modern espresso recipes.
