Acaia designed the Orbit in partnership with Weber Workshops. The successful EG-1 construction was a great inspiration for our grinder. We appreciate Weber’s guidance and advice during the development process. Acaia is solely responsible for the Orbit. Our team created the Orbit grinder technology. Acaia manages the manufacturing, selling, and after-sales product support.

Acaia Orion Nano is a device designed for precise dosing of both green and roasted coffee beans. The Nano version features smaller dimensions compared to the standard and Mini versions, along with slightly different specifications. It is ideal for spaces where every centimeter of usable surface is precious.

 

Acaia Orion Nano delivers precision, accuracy, and smooth operation—whether organizing cuppings, preparing samples, portioning in cafés, or serving as a practical and stylish element in a cafe. The Nano version includes the new Orion Belt function, which allows multiple devices to be connected. This enables the creation of a dynamic coffee blending station, offering easy customization of blends and room for experimenting with ratios and flavors. Elevate your coffee crafting to the next level!

 

Acaia offers both automatic and continuous modes, with the ability to save presets. The device consists of a hopper, dosing system, and, of course, a scale. Its body is made of aluminum with a minimalist design.

 

Acaia Orion Nano doses beans with an accuracy of approximately 0.25 g (1–3 beans) and at a speed of 2 g/s. The maximum capacity is 500 g (indication limit 515 g), and the included hopper holds up to 250 g. The device is powered by a 2200 mAh lithium-ion battery, providing up to 12 hours of operation and charging via USB-C. Connectivity is enabled by Bluetooth 5.0.
